Insurances, EAPs & Third Party Funding Accepted at Nourish
Cost of Treatment: Insurance, Rates & Third-Party Funding
Nourish Therapy & Wellness is primarily an out-of-network provider. Many insurance plans may reimburse you for our services or allow you to use HSA or FSA funds. We can check your out-of-network benefits for free and provide the paperwork you need for reimbursement if your plan allows. We can also submit claims on your behalf to make the process easier.
We accept HSA, FSA, VCAP (Victims Compensation Assistance Program), Lotus Fund, Allied Trades and the EAPs listed below. Maureen Graham on the Nourish team accepts Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Capital Blue Cross Pennsylvania, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, and Quest Behavioral Health.
EAPS Accepted at Nourish: Ulliance, Spring Health, Carebridge, Acentra, Health Advocate and Compsych.
Additionally, our therapists, Farrah Misbah and Susie Yi, are approved providers for the Lotus Therapy Fund, offering 8 free sessions for Asian clients.
Choosing an out-of-network provider allows for personalized, high-quality care without insurance restrictions. Each therapist’s rates are listed on their profile. Your investment in superior care supports your healing journey.
Reduced Rate & Pro Bono Opportunities
We are committed to accessibility and offer limited pro bono (no cost) slots for those in need on a case-by-case basis as well as reduced-rate slots while until such slots are filled.
Good Faith Estimate (GFE)
You will receive a GFE outlining the expected cost of services. This estimate is based on your treatment plan and may be subject to change if circumstances evolve. If billed more than $400 over the GFE, you have the right to dispute the charge through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
