"I am a dedicated, trauma-informed, and sex-positive National Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor. My intention is to create a safe, affirming space and a strong therapeutic relationship, with humor and autonomy.

We will go beyond using coping skills for short-term relief, and instead process the core issues for intended healing. You were not born with the feelings, thoughts, and experiences you carry with you today. Together, we can understand and treat these deeper roots for a lasting impact on your life.
My past work as Assistant Director to a university counseling center and as an Individual & Couples Therapist gave me extensive expertise with anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, trauma, survivors of abuse, emotional regulation, relationship work, sexuality exploration, and pelvic pain (pain during sex). From treating various backgrounds, I know each person has their own unique experiences. I pull from several evidence-based treatment modalities to create an intentional, therapeutic approach for you.
