Grace Yohe, MA
“Hello there! My name is Grace and I am so glad you’re here! I have experience working with adolescents in the school based setting and have experience helping clients address challenges with, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, LGBTQ+ issues, neurodivergence, people pleasing, perfectionism, and women’s issues.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, pulling from modalities such as psychodynamic therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, existentialism, and person centered. I love to implement creativity, humor, and authenticity into the therapy space in hopes that it can soften the anxiety and apprehension that many individuals may face when it comes to therapy.
I believe in creating a safe space for marginalized identities and employing a social justice and feminist framework. When working with clients, I like to meet them where they are, work collaboratively, and provide them with the support and guidance they need in order to achieve their goals.
I look forward to working with you!”
